As part of the Open Home Foundation team you would receive a board payment of $45,000 per annum. You will receive 24/7
support, professional training and development, and regular breaks.

This is an opportunity to combine your outstanding parenting skills with our commitment to care for young people who have experienced great challenges in their lives.
The ideal applicants will:
• Have strong empathy with the organisation's Christian and bicultural values;
• Be excellent at quickly establishing confidence, rapport and routine with the children/young people;
• Be able to commit to caring for a 12-18 month period
• Have NZ residency and a full driver's licence.
