As a result of our exciting growth phase we will be looking to increase our current packhouse operations team to include the new position of Production Manager. As Production Manager, you will ensure all areas of the packhouse operations are run in the most cost effective manner ensuring that there is a balance between quality and production at all times.
Your work background should include:
• 7-8 years industry experience
• Excellent command of written and oral communications skills
• Comprehensive computer skills and ability to quickly learn
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Consistent, observant and methodical by nature
• Honest and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Proven experience in leading and enhancing the performance of multi faceted teams
• A history of having consistently delivered agreed results
• Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Good problem solving abilities and creative thinking skills
• Attention to detail and strong organisational and planning skills
• Previous experience in packhouse operations management or equivalent
• Able to work extended hours where necessary
