On Thursday Prince Charles will visit Tawa College to see musical performances and sport demonstrations. Camilla will visit Te Whaea to meet drama and dance students.
Late on Thursday morning the couple will travel to Dunedin. They will board the Taieri Gorge Railway train at Mosgiel Railway Station and then walk to Toitu Otago Settlers Museum from Dunedin Railway Station. This will be the main opportunity for members of the public to see the royal couple in Dunedin.
At Toitu the royal couple will meet with descendants of Otago's earliest settlers in the Smith Gallery.
Prince Charles will visit Animation Research to learn about innovation and entrepreneurship in Dunedin.
Camilla will attend a literature event at the University of Otago in recognition of Dunedin's status as a UNESCO City of Literature.
The royal couple will also visit Orokonui Ecosanctuary where Prince Charles will give a brief address to environmental groups in recognition of Conservation Week.
The royal couple will return to Wellington late on Thursday afternoon, according to the details released today.
Prince Charles and Camilla will be in New Zealand from November 4 to 10. Other aspects of their visit include a trip to Westport where Prince Charles will participate in the Defence Force's Exercise Southern Katipo.
