Post mortem completed on skeleton found at beach

The post mortem examination on a skeleton found at Port Waikato has been completed.

A skull was found at Sunshine Beach by a woman walking her dog on Saturday morning.

Police believe the skeleton is of a young woman and has been there a number of years.

More information will be released tomorrow

Police have now wrapped up at the scene.
