Possible P lab discovered in Gisborne

A person has been arrested after police found a possible methamphetamine lab in Gisborne.

Police were searching properties in the Tairawhiti area of Gisborne yesterday morning when they made the discovery.

Armed police guarded the scene overnight and a forensic rexamination of the scene will be done today.

One person is in custody and is likely to face charges.
