Policy & Performance Manager
Te Puna Ora o Mataatua, based in Whakatane, is a highly successful provider of a range of health and social services delivered through a kaupapa Maori framework across the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
We are inviting applications for the full-time permanent position of Policy & Performance Manager.
As part of the management team the position will have an operational oversight role focusing on:
• developing policy
• quality and performance frameworks
• auditing
• contract management
To be successful in this role the person will need have strong leadership and organisational skills, experience in policy, process and system design and a desire to make a significant contribution to better health and social outcomes for Māori.
