"He then ran back, grabbed his bag from a seat, and fled," a police statement says.

CCTV images reveal he was clad in a "very distinctive" black t-shirt with yellow horizontal stripes along the torso, three-quarter length denim shorts, dark socks and ankle length boots.
The attacker was carrying a large dark-coloured bag with long straps he wore on his shoulder.
