Police search for missing Christchurch teen

Police are appealing to the public for help in their search for missing Christchurch teen Kura Irirangi Tumai.

The 13-year-old was last seen on March 3 by her mother in the New Brighton area.

While police did not have specific fears for her safety, officers were concerned she had not been in touch with her family.

Police believed she was still in the Christchurch area.
