Police name man who drowned while fishing in Raglan

Save Police have released the name of a man who drowned in Raglan on Monday.
He was 43-year-old George Welsh Greening of Hamilton.
Mr Greening died after falling from the Dolphin Pier at Raglan Wharf while fishing with a friend about 12.30am.
He was swept away by a strong current.
Sergeant
Neil Faulkner of Raglan police said despite the best efforts of the friend in getting him to shore, Mr Greening was not able to be revived.
