Police name driver killed in Ashburton crash

A motorist who died in a fatal crash near Ashburton on Friday night has today been named by police.
Terry Henry Munday, 63, died after it appears he failed to negotiate a moderate bend on Grahams Rd, Tinwald at around 11pm.
He was the only one in the car and
died at the scene.
"The vehicle appears to have left the road at a moderate bend," said Senior Sergeant Scott Banfield.
"Police investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the crash."
