Police are investigating a suspicious overnight blaze in a caravan at a West Auckland campground.
Fire Service northern communications shift manager Jaron Phillips said when fire crews arrived at the Western Park Village in Swanson Rd just before 2am they discovered the mobile home engulfed by fire.
The caravan wasbeing used as accommodation but those inside managed to escape, he said.
Police and a special fire investigator would be looking into the cause of the fire.
