Police have found a 9-year-old Whanganui boy who went missing yesterday morning.
Lebron Maraku was last seen in the Gonville area of the North Island city and was described as Maori, fair-skinned with short, light-brown hair.
He was wearing a hooded green hunting and fishing jacket, black chinos and purple
shoes.
"Whanganui boy Lebron Maraku has been located safe and well and is back with his family," police said in a statement.
Police thanked media and the public for their assistance.
