The body of a missing Gore woman has been found by police in Invercargill.
Bernese Fiveash, 59, was last seen at an address in Elles Rd about 4pm on Monday.
Police said today her body was found by searchers on Motu Rimu Rd, about 1km from where she was last
seen.
The body has been removed from the area and her death has been referred to the coroner.
Police would like to thank members of the public who reported sightings of Ms Fiveash this week, as well as the search and rescue staff who hunted for her.
