Save Northland police have confirmed the body found in Omanaia was the missing woman, Barbara Moka.
The 32-year-old mother of four was last seen after a tangi at a local marae on June 9.
Yesterday, police launched a homicide inquiry after locating her body in the bush just a few hundred
metres away from the Te Piiti marae.
