Police have appealed for information about a woman missing from her Auckland home since just after Christmas.
Te Kuru Jeraldene Pouwhare, 26, was last seen in the Auckland suburb of Avondale on December 27.
She contacted friends a week later saying she was in Picton but has not been heard
from since.
She was described as 160cm tall, of medium build and black hair with blonde highlights.
She had a large Maori tattoo on her back, piercing above her left lip. Her tongue and ears were also pierced.
