Police analyse 'suspicious' fire at house in Kaiti, Gisborne

The police are investigating what they say is a suspicious fire in Gisborne.

The fire was reported in the Kaiti area at about 11.30 last night.

A police spokeswoman said this morning that detectives and fire investigators would analyse the scene of the fire.

There were no reports of anyone suffering injuries.

A Fire and Emergency spokesman said the fire had scorched an outside wall of the house.
