No one was injured after a light plane made an emergency landing on the Muriwai Golf Course near Auckland this evening.
Fire services attended the scene at around 5.25pm, said Fire Service spokesman Michael Upton.
"We got calls from residents who heard the plane spluttering away, or its engine failing,
and saw the aircraft go down on the golf course."
Three fire appliances had since left the scene and no one on board was injured, Mr Upton said.
