Former All Black Byron Kelleher's week is about to get worse as his clothing company is sued by a photograph agency for alleged breaches of copyright.
The court action comes just days after
reports that Kelleher tried to flee the scene of a late-night car accident
which ended in a drunken brawl and injury at the weekend.
Photo agency Cleva Media is now taking Kelleher to court for copyright infringement this week.
In an email to nzherald.co.nz, Karen Reid from Cleva Media said the company is seeking 35,000 Euros (NZ$73,000) in fees, damages and compensation.
