A person was seriously injured in a domestic violence incident in East Auckland today.
Emergency services were called to a residential street in Glen Innes about 11.20am today.
A police spokeswoman said one person was taken to hospital with serious injuries as a result of a domestic dispute.
Police werenot looking for anyone else in relation to the incident but were still working to establish what had happened so no arrests had been made, she said.
A fire service spokesperson confirmed they had been called to the scene but referred queries to the police.
