Person seriously injured after fall from Wellington property

A person has been seriously injured after falling from a property in Wellington this morning.

Police confirmed emergency services were called to an incident on Waione Street, Petone about 11.30am.

Ambulance staff arrived first and said one patient was taken to Hutt Hospital in a serious condition.

Police also said the patient was conscious when emergency services arrived.
