One person is in a critical condition and another has been arrested after an early-morning fight between two family members in South Auckland.
Police said the two were fighting at a residential address on Moncrieff Ave in Clendon at 2.40am.
“Upon arrival the man was extremely agitated, assaultingresponding officers. The officers were uninjured.”
One person was taken to hospital and remains in a critical but stable condition.
He is due to appear in the Manukau District Court on Monday on charges of assaulting police, resisting police, and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
