A person has been freed after being trapped between a house and a van in the Auckland suburb of Ponsonby.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Ponsonby Terrace just after 10am.
A fire communications spokesperson said it was believed the driver of the van forgot to put the
handbrake on.
Police said a person with ankle injuries was being treated at the scene by ambulance staff.
