Alison Quesnel, the general manager of Blackmores (NZ) Ltd, and Dave Stewart, general manager of Clayton Ford Recruitment, have joined the board of the Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) Trust. Ms Quesnel is also a director of the Business in the Community mentor programme and a member of the executive committee
of the Export Institute. Both Blackmores and Clayton Ford Recruitment are members of the EEO employers' group.

TV3 has made Colin Caldwell director of sales. He has been with the channel since 1992 and has run the direct sales division since 1995.

Keith McKenzie and Kav Bhambra have joined the Auckland-based Great Plains client services team of Deloitte Management Solutions. Mr McKenzie has a background in business process analysis and business software implementation, and becomes senior consultant. Ms Bhambra has experience in accounting and accounting software, and becomes a consultant.

The new general manager of the Stamford Plaza is John Dick. He replaces Darren Cann who has taken up a new role in the Stamford Hotels and Resorts Group. Mr Dick began his career in London, moving to New Zealand 12 years ago. He has held various hotel management roles in this country and was most recently heading the local office of an international financial and accounting consultancy specialising in the hospitality industry.

The marketing communications director of Compaq New Zealand, Peter Wogan, has become director integrated marketing communications for Compaq South Pacific. The former Sydney position will now be based in Auckland. He takes over from Bill Merrick who is joining Ogilvy & Mather Asia Pacific as regional director.

Sheree Porter is replacing Richard Blanchette as commercial manager for Club Med New Zealand. Ms Porter has had 17 years in the travel industry and has worked in New Zealand and London. Mr Blanchette becomes national sales manager for Club Med Australia.

The client services director of TeleTech Ltd, Nick Hatch, will head the company's new customer services division, CallBox Solutions. Jaimee Durham, who was with Pacific InterMedia, becomes business development manager, and Belinda Rodger becomes a senior consultant.
