manager. Andrea Grant joins the agency as an account manager from McCann-Erickson.

Ericsson's New Zealand company secretary and financial controller, Krishna Kumar, has
been promoted to general manager of marketing. Mr Kumar has been with
Ericsson for 10 years and is
also a member of the steering committee which runs the company.

The Rodney District Council's community liaison adviser, Kaaren Goodall, has taken up a
new role as group manager, development services. She has worked in local government in
Auckland for 20 years and has also been an independent consultant. Mark Kunath becomes group
manager works and community services, Geoff Mears is group manager environmental services,
and Vijaya Vaidyanath is joining the council as group manager support services.

Ian Foy is the new director of operations for New Zealand Insurance. He was working with NZI's parent company CGU UK. Wayne Wilkinson, who was director of operations, becomes director of
sales and marketing, while Charlie Robertson, who was manager northern region, becomes New
Zealand centre manager.
