People on the move: NZF Group names new development manager

Todd Lindsay has joined the architectural division of the NZF Group as business development manager. He has a bachelor of architecture degree and several years sales and marketing experience in the building and construction industry.

* Gateway New Zealand has named Paul Eastwood as national retail sales manager. He has a retail management and brand transition background, and was retail channel manager for BellSouth where he was involved in the brand transition to Vodafone. He also held direct national management responsibility for all Vodafone's company stores, increasing the operation from three to 19 stores.

* Paul Rogers has joined RDT Pacific as a senior consultant. He was national manager, facilities, at Telecom where he was responsible for the contract and performance management of New Zealand's largest facilities management portfolio. He has been in supply-chain optimisation, particularly in the provision of service supply and partnering strategies.

* Software Consultants Ltd has appointed Mike Ogle business manager, loyalty solutions group. The group's functions include new business development, sales, delivery of software services and financial management. He was corporate national field services manager with Telecom.

* Sadie Curlett has joined the litigation team at Hesketh Henry. She is an employment law and mediation specialist and has acted in a number of Employment Tribunal and Employment Court hearings. She has an honours degree in law from Auckland and has also worked in London.

* The director of finance and operations at TV3, Warwick Webb, is joining Christchurch-based PDL Holdings Ltd as chief financial officer. Mr Webb has also held senior financial positions with Wrightson NMA, Paxus Group and Carter Holt Harvey. He has a bachelor of management studies with first-class honours from the University of Waikato, and a master of business administration from the University of Washington in Seattle.

* NRM'S national sales manager, Rev Crawford, has been promoted to business manager following the departure of Peter Widdows to a senior position with Heinz in the United States. Mr Crawford has been a farm and agricultural consultant, and has also held sales and marketing roles with agricultural suppliers. He has been with NRM for four and a half years.

* Stuart Bennett has switched from manager of Morgan and Banks' executive leasing services, to general manager New Zealand of its IT recruitment company, Morgan and Banks Technology Ltd. He has been with the company since 1987 and was responsible for opening the firm's Melbourne and Queensland offices which pioneered management contracting in both states. Before joining the firm he was general manager of a multinational computer hardware and software importer and distributor. He has also worked in Britain, the Middle East and North America.
