Pedestrian killed in Papatoetoe named by police

The pedestrian who died after he was struck by a car in South Auckland on Friday has been named by police.
He was Bruce Alexander Tremaine, 66.
Tremaine was from Auckland.
Police were called to St George St in Papatoetoe at about 9am on Friday after Tremaine was hit by
the vehicle.
The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
