Parnell alcohol spill forces road closure (+ video)

A truck loaded with alcohol has tipped onto its side in Parnell, Auckland, forcing the closure of a main road.
The truck rolled at approximately 7.30am and The Strand has been closed between Tamaki Dr and St Georges Bay Rd while police investigate.
The cause of the accident is currently
unknown, said northern communications shift inspector Matt Rogers.
The driver was uninjured, and no other vehicles were involved.
The Fire Service is currently mopping up the spill, and the road is expected to reopen before 11am.
