Pakuranga Heights house fire: Crews battle ‘well-involved’ blaze

Fire crews are battling a “well-involved” blaze at an East Auckland home.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand told the Herald it was notified of a house fire in Pakuranga Heights at 2.32pm.

Three fire crews and 12 firefighters are attending the “well-involved” house fire within a two-storey property.

No people have been trapped in the blaze, the spokesperson said.

Police have been requested to assist and recently arrived on the scene.

Police said Fire and Emergency are leading the response and they have no further information to share at this time.
