Two men have been taken to hospital after they fell metres off a cliff while mountain biking at Port Waikato.
A Surf Life Saving spokesman said the pair were treated at the bottom of the cliff for suspected concussions and spinal injuries.
"They went down quite a steep bank," he
said.
They were responded to by Surf Life Savers after what was believed to be a four or five metre fall.
The spokesman said they were taken to Waikato Hospital for further treatment and were in a stable condition.
