Photo / Martin SykesTwo teenagers have been arrested after a stolen car ended up in Wellington Harbour.Police were called to Lowry Bay around 3.30am following reports a car had crashed on to the rocks off Point Howard.Two men were seen running away from the car. They were tracked by police dogs and arrested.
