The successful candidate will be a highly organised with exceptional decision making capacity and the ability to manage and obtain the best performance from staff.

Experience working in management or a supervisory capacity in a fruit packing facility is preferred. It is essential that the successful candidate has managed staff successfully in either a fruit packing or a manufacturing operation preferably food, Brief description:

From October 1st to March 31st a packing shed manager is required in Renmark, South Australia

The applicant will be expected to work 6-7 days per week in November until mid-December for about 10 to 12 hours per day and 5 days per week for 8 to 9 hours for the remainder of the season.

The suitable applicant will be able to get an assistant role in a citrus packing shed in the same region from May 1st to September 30th.

Payment for the position is commensurate with industry and performance.
