Otago to research child obesity

Child obesity research will get a boost with the establishment of a new post at Otago University. The first appointment to the new senior research fellowship is Dr Rachael Taylor, who will be based at the university's Edgar National Centre for Diabetes Research.

Centre director Professor Jim Mann said the new post provided exciting opportunities for developing research into the successful management and prevention of childhood obesity.
