Orchard Manager / Supervisor
Is it time to step up? With orchards across South Auckland APAC has an opportunity for an ambitious orchard manager or supervisor to take a step up and lead one of our orchard teams. Known for the high levels of productivity we achieve you'll be responsible for managing over 60 ha of green and gold crops. You will need to be organized, progressive, efficient with your time and able to manage a range of people and situations. It's a challenging position...are you ready to step up?
The person we seek will ideally possess:
• Kiwifruit orchard management or extensive supervisor experience
• Great staff management, delegation and communication skills
• Be well organized, accountable and understands "attention to detail"
• Ability to operate in a technical, commercially robust environment
• Able to build excellent relationships with growers and suppliers
