Operations Manager

EHC Orchard Management LTD currently manages approximately 450 canopy hectares of kiwifruit orchards, largely in the Te Puke area.

We also provide orchard contracting services throughout the Bay of Plenty.
This position will require:

• A proven track record in managing a team and achieving high performing
kiwifruit crops and/or a readiness to step up to the next level

• Knowledge and demonstrated expertise in preparing budgets, utilising
information in order to gauge and drive performance

• Commitment to best practice and improving policies and procedures in
practice

• Demonstrated effective communication skills across a variety of people
and organisations

• Ability to liaise with directors and have input into developing and
implementing strategic operational plans

The successful applicant will work closely with the Managing Director to help oversee an already highly capable motivated Senior Management team.

This position will require the Operations Manager to have a small orchard management portfolio to keep their hand in the game.

Package will reflect the calibre of the successful applicant and will include a base salary, 4wd ute etc
