A person has been seriously injured in a crash near Glenorchy this morning.
Police received a report of a single-vehicle crash about 9.40am on Glenorchy-Paradise Rd, between Priory and Lovers Leap Rds.
Glenorchy is a small settlement at the northern end of Lake Wakatipu, about 45km from Queenstown.
“No report of the road being blocked at this stage but one person is trapped in the vehicle and emergency services are actively working at the scene and there may be delays while they work,” a police spokesperson said.
