One person was rushed to hospital after a crash in the Auckland suburb of New Lynn this morning.
Police and St John Ambulance were called to Great North Rd near Rata St about 12.20am.
A single car had collided with a pole and the person had sustained moderate injuries.
Thevictim was treated by ambulance staff and rushed to hospital.
Meanwhile, a northbound lane was closed on Mt Wellington Highway between Hamlin and Penrose Rds this morning to allow repairs after a power pole was damaged in an earlier crash.
Due to an earlier crash Mt Wellington Hwy has 1 northbound lane closed as power pole damage is repaired between Hamlin Rd & Penrose Rd in Mt Wellington. ^TP
