Police say a glass panel has fallen from a building on Willis St, Wellington.
One person suffered minor injuries.
A staff member at nearby store Veronika Maine says when she heard the noise she ran outside and found the man bleeding from his head.
She then brought him into the store and administered first aid until the ambulance arrived
