One hurt in crash on Auckland motorway near Greenlane

One person has been seriously after a two-car crash on Auckland's southern motorway, between the southbound Greenlane and Market Rd off ramps.

The patient was taken to Auckland Hospital in a serious condition, a St John ambulance spokeswoman said.

A police spokeswoman said it appeared one car had rear-ended another, but it was believed to more serious than a normal nose-to-tail crash.
