One dead after crash in Otahuhu, South Auckland

Emergency services are attending a crash in South Auckland.

A person has died after a car crash in South Auckland.

A police spokeswoman said police and ambulance were called about the crash involving two cars on Mangere Rd in Otahuhu.

It happened just before 7.20 this evening, and one of the drivers has died.

A St John spokesman said two ambulances attended the crash, where they assessed one patient who was dead at the scene.

Traffic control is attending the scene and diversions are in place.
