Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity has become available at our busy open office environment based in Mt Maunganui. We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Personal assistant to join our team to provide general administrative support to our Sheetmetal Fabrication and ducting production operation.
The ideal
candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent interpersonal skills meeting the needs of clients and staff
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage the expectations of the team
• Experience in managing debtors and creditors including following up bad debts as required
• Experience in preparing wages using ACE or similar payroll package
• A high level of computer literacy, with confidence in updating the company social media
• Excellent keyboard skills with speed and attention to detail
• Highly developed professional standards and strong organisational skills
• A positive approach to provide great customer service
The role is 30 - 35 hours per week negotiable for the right person who will be reporting to the general manager.
