Save A 64-year-old man has been stabbed in the chest in a domestic incident near Oamaru.
Police say they received a call from the male this morning at 8.25am to say he had been stabbed.
Detective Sergeant Brett Roberts said the victim received a stab wound to the top left of
his chest, which was not life-threatening.
Police located a scene near Oamaru and said the incident was domestic-related.
Police are speaking to the parties and are not seeking any further information.
