A New Zealand tourist is amongst seven injured when the hot air balloon they were in crash landed in the pharaonic city of Luxor in Egypt yesterday.
Four of the hurt sightseers were from Scotland, one was from Belgium and one was from England, Luxor's police chief Al-Shafie
Mohammed Hassan said.
Two of the injured were hospitalised with broken bones, Mr Hassan said.
Hot air ballooning, usually at sunrise, is popular with tourists in Luxor, the site of the Valley of the Kings and other ruins from Egypt's pharaohs.
