Renowned Kiwi nutritionist Ben Warren will give a two-hour talk at Rathkeale College on health, happiness and diet.
Mr Warren, one of the leading New Zealand experts in his field, will speak at the Rathkeale College auditorium from 7pm on June 10.
He will discuss subjects including simple food and
lifestyle choices that transform energy levels, eating according to individual genetics, avoiding common foods that sap energy and methods to prevent or combat diseases like diabetes and obesity.
Mr Warren has advised on nutrition recommendations for gymnasium owners throughout New Zealand.
He has also appeared on Kiwi television news reports as well as on other shows such as 60 Minutes and Good Morning.
