Northland man wanted for drugs trial

A Northland man on the run after failing to turn up for a drugs trial is believed to be hiding in the Bay of Islands.

Peter John Reyland, 37, of Dargaville, is wanted by police after failing to turn up to a High Court trial in Hamilton last month.

Warrants have been issued for Reyland's arrest on drugs and firearms charges, including manufacturing methamphetamine and heroin.
