A North Shore man who had up to $800,000 of methamphetamine at his Greenhithe home has been sent to jail for almost seven years.
Sen Zhang, 35, appeared in the Auckland District Court this morning on one charge of possession of methamphetamine for supply.
In September last year, police searched
his Austin Rd home where he lived with his partner.
When police asked whether he had any meth, he said there was some in his girlfriend's Mini car outside.
After searching the property, they found 800.6g of the drug with a street value of between $600,000 and $800,000.
