Nauru still in the doghouse

The OECD has dismissed Nauru's attempt to clamp down on money laundering, saying it "does not address the major money-laundering problem in Nauru".

The Cook Islands and Niue also remain on the OECD black list, which has swelled to include Grenada and Ukraine.
