A person has been seriously injured after a digger rolled at a residential property in the Auckland suburb of New Lynn.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand are responding to reports the digger rolled over on a construction site on Thom St.

A person was ejected from the digger cab and was understood to be in a serious condition, A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesman said.
