A fifth teenager has been charged in relation to the March death of Hawke's Bay man Kelly Donner.
Donner, 40, died on March 4 at Flaxmere.
He was found in the carpark of the Flax Bar and Eatery and has been remembered as a friendly man.
Four other teenagers aged between 14 and 16 have appeared in Youth Court charged with wounding.
Three boys were remanded in custody and a girl was bailed.
On Saturday police confirmed a fifth person, a 14-year-old boy, had been arrested and charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He will appear in the Hastings Youth Court today.
Detective Senior Sergeant Marty James said investigations were continuing and further charges were likely.
