One person has been flown to hospital after an incident at Piha.
It is believed that a person has suffered serious injuries in a fall.
St John said two vehicles were called to an incident at Piha about 8.20am and treated one patient.
The person was in a serious condition
and a helicopter was dispatched to take them to Auckland Hospital.
