Save Emergency services are at the scene of a one car crash at the intersection of Waikite Valley Rd and SH5, south of Rotorua.
Northern fire service communications shift manager Jaron Phillips said fire crews were called to the scene near the town of Waiotapu just after 7pm.
No one was
trapped in the vehicle.
It was believed the car had flipped and was in a ditch.
A police spokeswoman said the car had veered off the road, so the crash was not blocking traffic.
